Brienne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She attended Louise Herrington School of Nursing at Baylor University in Dallas, Texas where she trained at Baylor Medical Center. Her graduate education includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Brienne is board certified as a family nurse practitioner.Brienne’s nursing career has included working in pediatric intensive care, adult intensive care, and emergency medicine. She also specializes in women’s health and currently works part time with an OB/GYN physician in a women’s health clinic.
Brienne enjoys serving the community both locally and internationally. She has volunteered with ACS Community L.I.F.T. to provide medical care for homeless families and those without health insurance. She has also participated in Project Homeless Connect and 9 News Health Fair. Brienne also had the unique opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic and Peru to provide humanitarian and medical services.Brienne grew up in Parker, Colorado. After completing her nursing training in Texas, she moved back to Colorado to be closer to her family. She is happily married to her husband, Matthew, who is a detective in law-enforcement. They currently have two daughters, ages 2 and 3. Brienne’s personal interests include camping, boating, skiing, traveling, playing the guitar, and spending time with her family.
