Brenda graduated from the Community College of Denver in 1998 with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Since then she has accumulated over 10 years of Emergency Nursing experience working as a traveling nurse in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and most recently, here in Denver. Brenda is also a Legal Nurse Consultant, has worked in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and taught a self-defense course for hospital personnel.
Personal
Brenda expresses a passion for music and food. She loves to cook and host parties for her family and friends and attend the theater in her spare time. In addition, she has a love for animals and has volunteered her time with a local pet adoption center. Brenda loves to travel and especially enjoys the Amalfi coast of Italy although when it’s peace and solace that she needs, she returns to the mountains of Colorado where she has resided for 23 years.
