OnPoint Cares
We understand the current economic times are difficult for many families and that having access to appropriate medical care is one of your top priorities. With some employers cutting back on health benefits and the annual cost of carrying a family insurance policy topping $12,000 – $15,000, OnPoint Urgent Care has an alternative for you to consider.
We are pleased to announce the availability of the OnPoint Cares program. By allowing you to pay a monthly membership fee, we are able to discount and simplify the per-visit cost to you and your family members at the time of service. Here’s how it works:
For 1-3 Persons:
6 Month Program – a monthly membership fee of $60 per individual will allow you to visit OnPoint Urgent Care throughout the period as needed at a cost of only $40 per visit for each person seen (normal visit costs range from $99 to $399 per visit depending on the complexity of services provided ).
12 Month Program – a monthly membership fee of $50 per individual will allow you to visit OnPoint Urgent Care throughout the year as needed at a cost of only $40 per visit for each person seen (normal visit costs range from $99 to $399 per visit depending on the complexity of services provided).
For a Family of 4 or More:
6 Month Program – a membership fee of $150 per month per family will allow you to visit OnPoint Urgent Care throughout the period as needed at a cost of only $40 per visit for each person seen (normal visit costs range from $99 to $399 per visit depending on complexity of services provided).
12 Month Program – a membership fee of $130 per month per family will allow you to visit OnPoint Urgent Care throughout the year as needed at a cost of only $40 per visit for each person seen (normal visit costs range from $99 to $399 per visit depending on complexity of services provided).
Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind in the form of access to quality care for minor illnesses and injuries in a manner that allows you the ability to easily budget for this expense. Our On-Point Cares program includes your visit and any treatment provided such as medications administered in the facility, lab studies, and/or basic x-rays. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthcare. OnPoint Cares is our way of demonstrating our commitment to this belief within community we serve.
*The program does not include prescription medications or the cost of any durable medical goods such as crutches, splints, wheelchairs, oxygen, etc. In addition, this program should not be considered an insurance policy and does not cover any medical services that you or your family member may receive outside of our facility.
