Civil Service Discount
Our facility is honored to provide medical services for our civil service community. If you are a law enforcement member, firefighter, EMT, paramedic, teacher, and/or active duty military member who pays cash in full at the time of service, we would like to offer you an additional discount. All we ask is that you provide the appropriate identification, and/or a paycheck stub for verification at the time of your registration.
